This mixtape is like a personal diary of my journey working and traveling through Thailand and Laos.

From newly discovered and interesting songs from Thailand’s past - thanks to awesome record store Zudrangma, Bangkok - to familiar songs that I obsessed over and played over and over to bring me comfort when i felt like shit, to the James Brown tribute medley from my film research, to reggae from the islands near Phuket, to songs that I love to listen to that have that floaty/uplifting feel when on a plane, walking through caves or beautiful streets with hot wind blowing through your flowy clothing, walking up steep cliffs to romantic lookouts over stunning views or boat rides along the Mekhong towards a monk-orange horizon sunset…and then finally to saying goodbye to it all - the madness that was somewhat like Hearts of Darkness.
